Users can't see the Chatbox

First, sorry for my bad english, I'm spanish  

I've installed the AvacWeb Chat ( v1.8 ) but other users can't see the chat, they can't see the icon:



I'm the only user that can use the AvacWeb Chatbox, what happens?

Can you check your console for any errors? F12

Hmm, you say the CSS and the Javascript codes? =S

No, go to your website, and where ever you have your AWC on, click F12 it will bring up your dev tools, click console and Errors will be in red. This will work in all browsers.

To get right to the Console on Chrome or Firefox click CTRL+SHIFT+J

Ok a couple of debugging questions:

Do the translations work? Knowing this, I will be able to identify if you placed them correctly, and if there is any issues.

Also do you have any other plugins with this code, if you do add all of them.

The fact it is working for you signifies there is nothing wrong with the actual chat. If it isn't working for regular members, then you have a script crashing which is specifically for members or admin. We need to know your other JavaScripts.

Well then there's no reason for what you say.

Make an account on your forum, as a normal member and log in, see if you see the chatbox.

I have been trying with some users and in one account the avacweb chat doesn't appear. Users with their accounts can see the chat, but some users have used that account and anybody can see the chat. So, the problem is of an account, and anybody using that account can't see the chat =S

So its only one account? Are you sure that user isn't banned from the chatbox?

Ok, that was the problem, I'm IDIOT.
