Smiley+Tabs

Hello.

I've two problems (sorry for my english, i'm not en!)

The first is the smileys, I can see them but not all of them. It's like just one category/4 and i cant choice the category.

And the second is the tabs, i created the "chat-tabs" with the "+" but now they don't want to remove, i cleaned+refreshed but it's not working.

Okay the tabs-box , after one hour, have remove
