Template for AWC Messages

I know that it is possible to modify the basic template of the AWC Chat, but I want to know if it is possible to do the same thing with the HTML structure of the AWC Messages or any other HTML structure inside the basic template IDs, such as the Chat Tabs so we could add some special CSS classes or add elements to the buttons or something like that.

If it is possible I want to know how, and if not, that would be a cool feature to really "recreate our AWC chat so it was no longer recognisable!" as the docs says, otherwise we're just changing the "showcase" but not what really matters that is the things inside of it.

The tabs are very specific request, something that you might be able to achieve with basic Javascript. We could likely achieve what you want using the 'ontabopen' and 'ontabchange' events.

Allowing admins to restructure the messages is a very interesting idea though. Something which although not currently possible could certainly be added in the future.
